What the Study Found

Meaningful Pain Relief: After 12 weeks, participants who received the cannabis extract reported their pain scores dropping by nearly two points on an 11-point scale – an important improvement for patients managing chronic discomfort.

Improved Sleep & Function: Beyond pain reduction, patients experienced better sleep quality and improved daily physical function.

Sustained Benefits: In an extension phase lasting up to six months, participants continued to show improvements when taking the cannabis extract.

Why This Matters

This is one of the largest and most rigorous studies to date investigating a standardized cannabis extract for chronic pain. While more research is always welcome, especially into long-term effects and how it might work alongside existing treatments, these findings mark an important step forward.

The Benefits of Large Formats for Medical Cannabis Patients
Having the right format and quantity can make a big difference in your medical cannabis treatment. Large quantity formats — such as large packs of dried flower (both whole and milled), soft chews, and softgels — offer many benefits for patients. These options provide convenience, cost savings, and flexibility for different methods of consumption. Cost-Effective and Convenient Purchasing medical cannabis in larger quantities often comes at a lower cost per gram compared to smaller packages. This is especially helpful for patients who use cannabis regularly to manage symptoms. Instead of placing frequent orders, buying in bulk ensures you always have what you need on hand, reducing stress and saving money in the long run. Whole and Milled Dried Flower: More Ways to Use It Big bags of dried flower, whether whole or pre-milled, offer flexibility in how you consume your medical cannabis. • Vaporizing: Patients who prefer inhalation can use whole flower with a vaporizer to experience effects quickly while avoiding combustion. • Homemade Edibles: Milled or whole flower can be used to make your own cannabis-infused oils, butter, or baked goods. This allows you to control the dosage and customize the treatment format to fit your needs. • Tinctures and Capsules: Some patients prefer making their own tinctures or capsules at home for easy and discreet dosing. View Dried Flower Large Pack Soft Chews and Softgels: Consistency and Ease of Use Soft chews and softgels are excellent options for patients looking for a precise and consistent dose every time. With big pack formats, you get a larger supply of these convenient products, which allows you to have a steady, reliable source of medication. • Soft Chews: A great option for those who prefer an easy-to-consume edible. These come in measured doses, making it simple to manage intake. • Softgels: Ideal for patients looking for a discreet, flavourless, and long-acting way to consume cannabis. They provide consistent effects without the need for smoking or vaping. View Soft Chews View Softgels Long-Term Storage and Freshness Tips When purchasing cannabis in larger quantities, proper storage is key to maintaining freshness and potency. Here are some simple tips: • Keep it airtight: Store dried flower in a child resistant, airtight glass jar to prevent it from drying out. • Stay cool and dark: Store cannabis products in a cool, dark place to protect cannabinoids and terpenes from degrading. • Use humidity packs: Adding a humidity pack to your dried flower storage container helps keep the flower from becoming too dry or too moist. Big bag formats provide medical cannabis patients with cost savings, convenience, and flexibility in how they use their medicine. Whether you prefer dried flower for vaping or making your own infusions, or you rely on soft chews and softgels for precise dosing, buying in bulk ensures you always have the medication you need when you need it. Always follow your healthcare provider’s recommendations and treatment plan for format and dosing guidance.
