Medical Cannabis Formats

Dried Flower
Dried flower products are available in CBD-dominant, balanced, THC-dominant, and high-THC cultivars, with variations in indica and sativa. Our cultivation practices include innovative technologies, advanced research, and rigorous quality testing to bring a variety of premium cultivars to patients.
Clinical Considerations: When heated using a vaporization device, dried flower is converted to vapor for inhalation. Health care professionals always recommend using a dry herb vaporizer with dried flower to avoid toxins associated with burning.

Usual Onset: 3 - 10 minutes
Usual Duration: 2 - 4 hours

Softgels
Available in CBD, balanced and THC profiles, Softgels are easy-to-swallow "capsules" that are pre-measured to provide an accurate and consistent dosage. Each bottle contains 30 softgels which allow patients to consume cannabis in a convenient and discreet manner.
Clinical Considerations: Precise, accurate and consistent dosing with longer lasting effects.

Usual Onset: 60 - 90 minutes
Usual Duration: 8 - 12 hours

Topical Compounds
Mary's Medicinals Topical Compound is a spot-specific balm produced using full-spectrum cannabis extract containing naturally occurring CBD and THC, mango butter and a blend of essential oils. They contain cannabinoids derived from cannabis plants and are meant to be applied to your skin.
Clinical Considerations: Compounds are ideal for localised symptoms. Apply a finger-tip of balm topically to the target area and avoid broken skin or sensitive wounds.

Transdermal Patches
Transdermal delivery of cannabinoids is becoming an acceptable option of administration for patients. Use of transdermal patches may bypass 'first-pass metabolism' in the liver, which may result in higher bioavailability of cannabinoids and fewer side effects.
Clinical Considerations: Patches should be placed on the inside of wrist, behind the knee or top of the foot. The 2x2" (inch) square patch can be cut into multiple smaller pieces for a customized dose or micro-dosing.

Vapes
Our vape selection includes two main categories: PAX ERA and Aurum. Both options offer their own set of features and a lineup of compatible concentrates based on our renowned dried flower cultivars. PAX ERA vapes are highly customizable for a tailored experience, and Aurum vapes offer ultimate simplicity.
Clinical Considerations: Pure extract is converted to vapor when heated for inhalation. They include higher concentrations than dried cannabis, and may provide symptom relief at lower volumes than lower concentrated products.

Usual Onset: 3 - 10 minutes
Usual Duration: 2 - 4 hours

Cannabis Oil
Cannabis Oil are packaged in a compact, easy-to-use 25mL spray bottle. In line with industry standards, our spray bottles release 0.1 mL of oil per pump. However, with our Prime products, we’ve formulated a higher concentrated product so that it requires less pumps to receive your desired dose.
Clinical Considerations: Precise, accurate repeatable dosing with longer lasting effects.

Usual Onset: 60 - 90 minutes
Usual Duration: 8 - 12 hours

Soft Chews
Soft Chews are flavoured-forward edibles and an innovative option for those looking to standardize and control their cannabinoid dosage. They offer a smoke-free, convenient and discreet alternative to using cannabis.
Clinical Considerations: Formatted to drive better adherence to dosing regimen. Take one Soft Chew to start. Always use the lowest possible dose and progress upwards if required.

Usual Onset: 60 - 90 minutes
Usual Duration: 8 - 12 hours
