A medical cannabis document is like a prescription that needs to be renewed. During an online consultation, a form is completed by a physician/nurse practitioner which authorizes you to purchase cannabis products from Starseed. We offer consultations with our clinic partner HelloMD free of charge for new and renewing patients.
To renew your medical document, simply navigate to the Appointments Page , sign in to your account, and select “Online Appointment”. You’ll then be directed to HelloMD’s appointment booking page where you provide personal details (if necessary) and select an appointment time that works for your schedule.
You will receive a confirmation email from HelloMD detailing your online consultation, with instructions on how and when to attend your appointment with a physician/nurse practitioner. Upon completing your consultation you will receive confirmation that your medical document is renewed and your account is ready to place orders!
