Please Note: Upon receiving your cartridge, your CBD extract may appear crystallized.

Crystallization is a natural process that can occur when high-potency CBD extracts are produced from dried cannabis then cooled.

If your cartridge is crystallized, try one of the following solutions:

• Roll the cartridge between your warm hands for a few minutes
• Run the cartridge under a warm hairdryer briefly
• Place it in a sealed plastic bag and run it under hot water

Once crystals have melted and cooled down, take a few slow draws, increasing pressure to activate if needed.

Follow these steps for Aurum and NightNight vapes:

Step 1: Twist to attach the cartridge to the 510 battery. Any 510 battery is compatible with Aurum cartridges.
Step 2: The Aurum battery is buttonless, which means when you inhale, the "air switch" inside the vape pen will detect the airflow, and it will power on automatically.
Step 3: Start with a single inhalation, pause for 10-15 minutes, and titrate according to symptoms. If a single inhalation is well tolerated and there is no therapeutic beenfit, increase to two inhalations. Breath holding is not recommended.
Step 4: If you experience throat pain while vaping due to too much heat or pulling to hard, we recommend lightly pulling or sipping. Clogging may occur and should be addressed by increasing the temperature on the battery, using the pre-heat function if available, and gently pulling to dislodge buildup. Inhaling buildup could occur if you pull too hard to dislodge buildup - you should instead increase heat and gently inhale. If buildup is in the mouthpiece, you may gently use a toothpick to dislodge it.
