Shipping fees vary by product and/or destination. You will be advised of your shipping charges when you order. Sales tax is charged per the province or territory to which the item is being shipped.

Starseed delivers packages via Canada Post or Purolator. You can choose your delivery method on the checkout page when completing your order.

Please note that by Health Canada regulations, Starseed only ships within Canada.

Depending on your location, it may take up to 5-7 business days to receive your order.  Our clients in the GTA will generally receive their order within 1 to 3 business days, as they are positioned closest to our cultivation and production facilities.

At this time, Starseed does not have a retail location where clients may pick up their product.

Starseed does not accept returned product. The only exception is if a product has been sent in error (i.e. the wrong strain), in which case we will issue a refund if the product has been returned unopened, and authorized by our client service team.

If you are not home, anyone over the age of 18 can sign for the package.  With Canada Post Express shipments, if there is no one home at the time of delivery, they will take your package to the local Canada Post office, for you to pick it up there. For any Purolator orders, if you and/or no one is home, they will take it to the Purolator depot nearest your location. Please ensure to check with your local Purolator depot to see where the closest location is, or call us to find out at 1-844-756-7333.

With Pineapple Express delivery, you must be home on the evening of your order, show Government issued ID and sign for your package to receive it.
